As in navigation mode, it should be made easy to delete or to reorder single points from a route on the tabular representation of the route.

Practical problem: Route A->D. Then I drag the rubber band route to waypoint B, so the route is A->B->D

If I then press a (distant) point on the map, i can "insert in route" the point. Most of the time Skydemon assumes correctly where i want to insert it. But how if I don't want to fly A->B->C->D, but rather A->C->B->D.

I like the way govfr handles this.
